TapPilot (“we”, “us”) provides analytics and optimization tooling for Apple Search Ads. This policy explains what data we process when you use the TapPilot dashboard and connected integrations, and the choices you have.

Account data you provide, such as your name, email address, and billing details.

Integration data you connect, including Apple Search Ads campaign, keyword, and spend reports, and RevenueCat subscriber and transaction data used to attribute revenue to advertising.

Usage data about how you interact with the product, collected to improve performance and reliability.

To provide the service: syncing your accounts, computing cohort ROAS and related metrics, generating briefs, and powering the Mav copilot.

To operate and secure our systems, prevent abuse, and provide support.

To communicate with you about your account, security, and product updates you have not opted out of.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run TapPilot (such as hosting, database, and AI processing vendors) under agreements that restrict their use of it.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of TapPilot and its users.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period unless we’re required to keep it.

We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit, scoped credentials stored in a secrets vault, and least-privilege access — to protect your data.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your account data at any time by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
